    Work in tandem with the HR manager and focus on tasks such as payroll, benefits, training, compensation, recruiting, and customer service for employees.

    Source, recruit, interview, and onboard the employees to create a conducive work environment.

  • Employee Relations Manager

    Maintain and balance employee relationships by solving employee issues, through internal investigations, and prompt problem resolution.

  • Learning & Development Manager

    Formulate and conduct all training programs to increase team output and knowledge.

  • HR Operations Manager

    Set objectives, monitor and review HR systems, databases and budgets to ensure smooth HR processes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) in any discipline from any recognised University or an equivalent degree recognised by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% marks at Graduation Level.

  • In addition, Students need to pay an examination fee of Rs 600/- per subject.
