B.Tech for Working Professionals: Achieve Career Growth

Not many years ago, a degree in engineering was one of the most desirable options for students. Parents and teachers would always prefer this field over the others for the scope they offer. This is one of the reasons why B. Tech saw a significant growth in students enrolling in the programme and the jobs that the programme offers. Technology as a field has always remained relevant for its scope. Fields such as artificial intelligence, engineering, data science, data analysis and many other similar fields have remained in the limelight for their scope and invincible quality. Even in the coming years, these professions will not lose their value or get replaced.

In a world where we are constantly occupied with and dependent on technology, it is almost impossible to fathom our lives without it. We need innovation and change constantly. Technology is the sole reason for making it possible. Additionally, the career opportunities that the field offers are excellent and heavily in demand for their services. At the end of the day, technology is meant to simplify our lives and the cumbersome tasks that we perform daily. Humans are therefore constantly working on developing the latest technology to serve the purpose.

In a world where Kindles have replaced books and mobiles, wireless telephones, we cannot expect our growth to be gradual. The demands from the environment around will remain on the rise. The changing environment calls for ever-evolving services that can cater to the needs and wants. People also acknowledge the change that technology brings. The education system of India also recognises the value of technology and the careers around it. Therefore, there are several such degrees and curriculums that are offered to students in India.

One of them is the B.Tech degree which is an entirely technology-oriented curriculum and prepares the students for various fields depending on their chosen specialisation. There are several fields within the engineering field such as mechanical engineering, civil engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science engineering and much more. Every year students who aspire to pursue this degree have to prepare and appear for competitive examinations such as JEE Mains and JEE Advance. These examinations are solely drafted to judge the logical and quantitative skills or abilities of the students to prepare them for a career in technology and engineering. There is a cut-throat competition for colleges such as IITs, BITS, NITs and many other reputed colleges that offer these programmes.
