Visit the official website of AIIMS Exam 2025 to register for a User ID and Password. Enter your full name, email ID, and mobile number to complete the registration. Your User ID and Password will be sent to your registered email.
Visit the website again and log in using your User ID and Password. This will allow you to access the application form.
After logging in, find and click on the application form link. Fill in your personal details, educational qualifications, work experience, and test centre preferences. Upload your scanned documents in the prescribed format.

20 questions are optional, therefore, candidates need to solve only 180 questions.
It is categorised into 4 sections, which include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and General Knowledge.
Candidates are provided with 3 hours and 20 minutes to complete the entire exam.
The exam can be CBT or offline depending on the nature of the exam - subjective or objective.
Candidates get 4 marks for each correct answer.
1 mark is deducted as per the scheme of negative marking.

The All India Institute of Medical Science, Delhi follows the legal reservation policy set up by the Supreme Court. Candiadtes belonging to different categories get reservations in no. of seats and minimum applicable scores.
27% of seats are reserved for the OBC candidates or candidates belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer.
10% reservation has been given to EWS candidates.
There is a reservation of 5% for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD).
15% of seats are reserved for SC and 7.5% for ST.
Another reservation criteria is set up on the scores, which are as follows.
The qualifying marks for General and EWS - General category candidates are 50%.
OBC, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates can earn a minimum of 40% marks to qualify for the exam.
