1. Registration

Fill in the following details in the portal-Candidate’s Name/ Mother’s Name/ Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and e-mail Address. After registering note the application number that is system generated.

2. Form Fill Up

Fill category details, Fill address with PIN Code (Correspondence Address as well as Permanent Address), and Provide the choice of Cities for Examination Centres.

3. Uploading the scanned documents

Upload all the required scanned documents.

4. Fee Payment

Pay the fees on the portal through the given payment methods. Keep a copy of the payment proof with you. Print the acknowledgement form for future reference.

General (UR) / OBC-(NCL) as per Central List: Rs.1,000/-, Gen-EWS: Rs. 700/-, Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) / PWD: Rs. 450/-, Third Gender: Rs. 450/-
NCHMCT JEE admit card 2025 will be released in the first week of May 2025. Candidates are required to download the admit card from the website. The admit card will not be sent by post or offline method.
If candidates are unable to download the admit card or any other correction required, they can contact the help desk between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM or write to NTA at [email protected]. Candidates must keep their admit cards in good condition for further use. Before releasing the admit card, NTA will release the exam city slip for candidates.

NCHM JEE counselling 2024 of online registration, choice filling, seat allotment results, choice locking, document uploading, and payment to secure a seat. Aspirants who pass the NCHM JEE 2024 test can register for NCHM JEE 2024 counselling in four rounds and pay a registration fee.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the results of the NCHMCT JEE a few weeks after the exam is over. The NCHMCT JEE Result will be released based on the NCHMCT JEE Final Answer Key. Candidates can check and download their NCHM JEE scorecard 2025 from the link here. Only candidates who have appeared for NCHM JEE 2025 will be issued scorecards mentioning marks, ranks, and qualifying status. NTA will also send the scorecards of NCHM JEE 2025 to the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) for conducting counselling and seat allotment process of the qualified candidates. NCHM JEE 2025 result will contain an aspirant's All India Rank (AIR), total marks, and NTA rank. It may be noted that scorecards for the NCHMCT JEE exam will not be sent by post to any candidate.

NCHMCT JEE Eligibility 2024: Reservation of Seats. In NCHMCT JEE, 15% and 7.5% of seats are reserved for SC and ST category candidates respectively. This reservation is offered to candidates in Central and State Government Institutes of Hotel Management.

SC candidates get a 15% reservation.

ST candidates receive a 7.5% reservation.

OBC candidates are entitled to a 27% reservation.

EWS candidates, introduced recently, have a 10% reservation.

PwBD candidates receive a 4% reservation across all categories.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NCHMCT JEE Answer key in two phases; i.e. provisional and final answer key. Based on the NCHMCT JEE 2025 Final Answer Key, the NCHMCT JEE Result 2025 will be announced. NTA will first release the provisional answer key for NCHM JEE 2025.

Candidates will be able to download the official NCHMCT JEE 2025 answer key from the official website by entering their application number and password/date of birth.

NCHMCT Cutoff means the opening and closing ranks after the NCHM JEE Counselling. NCHMCT JEE 2025 cutoffs are prepared based on minimum qualifying marks and rank obtained by an aspirant in the NCHM JEE Exam. The opening and closing ranks for NCHMCT JEE are released for each college that accepts scores of the hotel management entrance exam.

Admit Card: Carry a printed copy of your admit card along with a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).
Timing: Arrive at the exam centre at least 1 hour before the reporting time. Late entries are not allowed.
Prohibited Items: Do not carry any electronic gadgets, study materials, calculators, or bags inside the exam hall.
Dress Code: Follow the dress code mentioned in the instructions, if any. Avoid wearing items with metallic elements, like belts or jewellery.
