Application for Admission

You can fill out the application form on their official website. You must note that the application form shall only be admitted online. After submitting the application form, you must pay the application fee. Before applying, you must check whether you meet the eligibility criteria on the college website.

  • Faculties including Mass Communication/Management/Physiotherapy/Architecture (except B.Arch)/Education/Engineering (except B.Tech)/Law: INR 700

Submission of Application Form

During registration, you must have a working email ID, a soft copy of a coloured passport-size photograph, and a soft copy of your signature. You must submit a single form for each programme or group of programmes with a combined entrance test. The current status of the application can be checked through the official university website.

Rejection and Cancellation of Form

The university withholds the right to reject the application form if more than one form is submitted for a single programme. Cancelling an application form is subject to the authenticity and timely submission of the required documents.

Seat Reservation

As per the university policy, you can only apply under one category for reservation if applicable. In each programme, 50% of seats are reserved for Muslim minorities, 5% for persons with disabilities, and 5% for internal Jamia students. However, if you clear the entrance test under two categories, admission would depend on your standing on the merit list.

Roadmap for the Entrance Exam

  1. Before admission, you must clear the Jamia Entrance Tests, which an interview may also follow in some cases. There are multiple test centres; you must select one when filling out the online application form. The level of the question paper shall be based on the 10+2 level.

  2. For admission to a postgraduate programme, you are required to take the Central University Entrance Test (CUET). The National Testing Agency (NTA), an independent body, is responsible for conducting CUET. All participating central universities accept these scores.
